Very pleased with out experience with M&O. Had an unexpected septic tank backup last night after hours (sewage in the basement), needed help right away. Called them, and John was on-site less than 45 minutes later. Very professional, pleasant, took care of the emergency pump with no issues, and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use M&O again in the future, and will recommend to others. Thanks!

I had a full septic tank. I was over flowing, (to put it politely).Everyone else put me off, several days or weeks.I needed it done now.They came an hour after I called. finished in 1.5 hrs.Hard working, responsible, did everything superbly.More than willing to have them come again.You should too.

We use M&O for all of our sanitation needs and they are great!!!! I called them at the beginning of the week and they came 2 days later (non emergency) and I received a phone call when they were on the way. The tech. was so knowledgeable and friendly, took his time to explain everything and even put us in for a service reminder phone call 3 years from now. M&O is a family owned local business that you can truly depend on, and they also have the best prices around. Go with M&O!!!
